Oh my, that looks incredible! If made with Greek yogurt, I could probably spend days living off this! It's beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI have one of those whirring handheld blender bobbles, myself, and it's so convenient to use! Only one time did I run into the issue of "Christ, it sprayed everywhere", but once you have the technique down it's unbelievable!

Great idea :) I will try it :)
ReplyDeleteOh yumm, I really like how simple this is. Mangoes are always so good to have in the summer ( though granted, I love them so much all year round), though I've never had a mango milkshake before. Will have to try this out ASAP.

I love mango lassi! my boyfriend used to make it for me all the time :) Since we have a mango tree in the backyard, and no one is eating it... I might just use them to make some of this!

I love that drink--but I've only had it at the Smithsonian's annual folklife festival (and they didn't have them this year)!
ReplyDeleteAh I love mango lassi! This is pretty sweet, and probably is going to better convince me to get a blender. Thanks for posting it!
