Frozen Fruit + Yogurt = Frozen Yogurt.
All you need is:
- Fresh blueberries or raspberries or strawberries (whatever you like)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 200 grams of plain unsweetened yogurt or greek yogurt.
Cut the fruits in small pieces and mix it into the yogurt.
Pour it into a small bowl and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Take out the bowl for a minute and make a quick stir into the frozen yogurt.
Make a nice topping with some fruits and put it back in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Et Voila homemade yogurt icecream! Enjoy :)
