DIY Ice coffee

FOR ONE RECIPE GLASS

Ingredients:

Preparation time : 5 minutes

Degree of difficulty : easy -
- 1 capsule ( I used Arpeggio
- 150 ml of semi-skimmed or full-fat milk
- Ice blocks
- Sugar and cinnamon, nutmeg or chocolate flakes to taste

Stages:

• Prepare a espresso in a large glass and add sugar if desired.

• Put four to five crushed ice cubes.

• Fill a quarter of the Nespresso milk skimmer jug with cold, fresh, semi-skimmed milk.

Switch on the cold function of the milk skimmer.

(If you don't have milk skimmer just pour the cold milk in to the glass)

Pour the frothed milk into the glass and using a spoon, top the iced cappuccino off with some extra milk froth.

• Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg or chocolate flakes to taste.
