
Salmon toast with low fat honey mustard dressing
Ingredients:
Yogurt
Mustard
Honey
Pickles
Red onion
Capers
Salt & Pepper
Chop the red onion/pickles and capers and put it into a small bowl.
Add 100 ml Yogurt and season it with salt & pepper.
Add a tbsp honey and mustard into the mixture.
Cut the bread and layer it with some smoked salmon and top it off with this refreshing honey mustard sauce. YUM!
Please try this refreshing and tasty dressing instead of buying bottled dressing ^^

ReplyDeleteMouthwatering eye addiction. Oh gosh! Salmon is probably the only meat I'd consider for breakfast (I'm not huge on bacon so early in the morning), and I'm a bigger advocate of the homemade dressings as opposed to the store-bought. This looks right up my alley.
