Fall
salad with figs
Figs! I
was strolling through our local market in Rotterdam, and all of the sudden
there they are…gorgeous, plump, sweet-smelling figs. Everyone else was
swarming around the show-off tomatoes and the dramatically giant piles of corn,
but my eyes went to the figs!
INGREDIENTS:
4
good-sized fresh figs
1/4 cup
soft goat cheese
4 thin
slices prosciutto
1
tablespoon honey
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat
oven to medium high (150 Celcius). 2. Cut a slit in the side of each fig and
gently pull the fig open. Push a spoonful of goat cheese into each
fig. 3.Drizzle honey on top 4. Grill the figs for about 10-15
minutes 5. Wrap them in prosciutto and serve them as a salad! Easy does
it!

ummm delicious....
